In “Manage Billing,” you can adjust your team’s total license count, update your payment/billing information, and view your invoice.

Adjusting License Count

If you would like to adjust your license count, you may do so via the My Teams page of the Resolve web dashboard.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the Resolve web dashboard.

  2. Click “My Teams” on the left-hand menu.

3. Click “Manage Billing."

4. At the top of the next page, you will see your current plan. To update, click “Update Plan.”

5. You will then be shown your team's current number of licenses. To adjust, simply click the ‘+’ or “-” symbol to increase/decrease the total amount.

6. Once you have adjusted your license count, click “Continue.”

7. You will finally be taken to a confirmation page. Review your information; if everything looks correct, click “Confirm.”

Updating your Payment or Billing Information

If you would like to change your payment method or adjust your billing information, you may do so via the same page by either clicking the ‘+’ (to adjust payment) or the pencil icon (to revise the billing name/email).

Viewing your Invoice

You may also view your invoice from this page by clicking the “share” icon under “Invoice History.”
