Screen sharing is a collaborative feature that allows users to showcase their computer desktop in real time to others. This can be beneficial during model reviews if a colleague does not currently have access to a headset or the desktop app. This allows users in VR, on Desktop, and team members following along on the call to review and communicate with each other during the collaborative meeting.

To start screen sharing with the Resolve desktop companion app, launch the Resolve application on your Windows PC and open the model you will be reviewing.

After loading the model, launch your preferred communication platform such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

For Microsoft Teams:

Navigate to the respective meeting or call settings and select the "Share Screen" option.

From the available screens or applications, choose the Resolve desktop companion app.

For Zoom:

Navigate to the respective meeting or call settings and select the "Share Screen" option. In Zoom, locate and click the green "Share Screen" icon:

From the available screens or applications, choose the Resolve desktop companion app.
