Collaborating with your team in virtual reality (VR) has never been more immersive! Our desktop application and VR headset integration make it easy for you to follow along during the review process. This support article will guide you through the steps to log in to the desktop app, log in to the VR headset, and utilize the "Follow" feature under the participants tab.
Whether you want to follow another team member or navigate in VR and share your view, the "Follow" feature will show you the VR POV of the user you choose to follow. You can accomplish this using the steps below:
Logging In on the Desktop App:
Open the desktop app on your computer.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Once logged in, open the model you and your colleague would like to review.
To Share your own View, Log In on the VR Headset:
Put on your VR headset and power it up.
Navigate to the login screen and enter your credentials to log in.
Make sure your desktop app is open and running on your computer.
Using the "Follow" Feature:
In the desktop app, locate the "Participants" tab, found on the right-hand side of the window.
Under the "Participants" tab, you will see a list of users currently in the VR session.
Identify the user you want to follow and click "follow."
Why Use the "Follow" Feature?
By clicking the "Follow" button, you gain the ability to see the user's Point of View (POV) in real-time. This allows for a more immersive and collaborative experience during the review process. You can follow along with the user's actions, making it easier to provide assistance or feedback.
