If you're having trouble creating issues in ACC from Resolve, here are a few common things to check:
Relink Your Autodesk Integration
Your Autodesk authentication token may have expired or disconnected. To reconnect, head to the Integrations page in Resolve and reauthorize your Autodesk account.
Verify Project Access in ACC
Make sure your Autodesk account has access to the specific project where you're trying to create the issue. If you can’t see the project in ACC, you won’t be able to push issues to it from Resolve.
Check Issue Subtype Configuration
Resolve creates issues using the “Design” subtype by default. If that subtype isn’t enabled in ACC, you’ll see an error. You can fix this in one of two ways:
Enable the “Design” subtype in the Issues settings in ACC, or change the issue type and subtype in your model’s Project Settings within Resolve.
