If you're running into trouble creating issues in Procore from our platform, here are a few common steps to help you resolve it:

1. Reconnect Your Procore Authorization

Sometimes your Procore login token can expire or become disconnected. Please visit our Integrations page and relink your Procore account integration.

2. Add Resolve to the Specific Project

After adding the Resolve app in Procore, you’ll need to ensure Resolve is added to each project where you want to create issues. To do so, from your Procore account:

  • Go to the desired project

  • Navigate to App Management

  • Make sure Resolve is listed and active for that project on the permissions tab.

For more details, please refer to this support article starting from step 3.

3. Ensure the Coordination Issues Module is Enabled

Our integration depends on Procore’s Coordination Issues module being available and active. In Procore, verify that the Coordination Issues tool is turned on for the project.

4. Verify Your Permissions in Procore

To create issues, you need the proper permissions in Procore. Check the following:

  • Can you access the Coordination Issues module directly in Procore?

  • Can you create a new issue manually?

If not, contact your Procore admin to confirm your user role has the right permissions.
