If you're having trouble creating issues in Revizto from Resolve, here are the most common things to check:

  1. Relink Your Revizto Integration
Your authentication token may have expired. To refresh your connection, go to the Integrations page in Resolve and reconnect your Revizto account.

  2. Ensure API Access Is Enabled for Your Revizto License
Your Revizto license must include API access in order to support integrations like Resolve. If you’re unsure, contact your Revizto admin or account representative to confirm that API access is enabled for your organization.

  3. Verify User Permissions in Revizto
You’ll need permission to create and view issues in the target Revizto project. If you can’t do this directly in Revizto, Resolve won’t be able to push issues either. Ask your Revizto admin to check your role and make sure you have the necessary rights.
