Your projects
After you sign in, you'll see a list of every project you have access to. Each project shows how many models it contains. Tap a project to open it.
If a project is grayed out and says "Resolve Field is not enabled for this project," you won't be able to open it in the app yet. See the section at the bottom of this article for how to get access.
Folders
Folders show up at the top of a project. Each one shows how many models are inside it. Tap a folder to open it. Some folders have other folders inside them, so you may need to go a level or two deep to find what you're looking for.
Folders are optional. If your project doesn't use them, you'll only see the Models section.
Models
Each model in the list shows its file name, download status, version number, and the date that version was last updated.
There are two download statuses:
Not downloaded: Tap Download to save the model to your iPad.
Offline Ready: The model is saved to your iPad and will open without an internet connection.
To open a model, tap its row. To go back, tap the arrow in the top left corner.
When a new version is available
If someone publishes a newer version of a model, Resolve Field will prompt you to download it. It's a good idea to do this before you head to site so you're working from the latest model.
Note: Not seeing the latest version? Pull down from the top of the list to refresh.
"Resolve Field is not enabled for this project"
If a project is grayed out on your Projects screen with this message, Resolve Field hasn't been turned on for it yet. If you'd like access, reach out to our support team at support@resolvebim.com, and we'll help get you set up.
