Resolve Field Requirements and Recommended iPads

Check which iPads and iPadOS versions work best with Resolve Field.

Written by Beau Parker

Resolve Field is built for iPad and runs best on recent models with plenty of memory. Before you download, check that your iPad meets the requirements below.

Requirements

  • An iPad (Resolve Field isn’t available on iPhone)

  • iPadOS 26 or later

  • A Resolve account

Your iPad must be running iPadOS 26 or later. On older versions, the app may open, but models won’t display. To update, go to Settings > General > Software Update. If your iPad is managed by your company and you can’t update, contact your IT team.

Checking your iPad model and version

  1. Open Settings on your iPad.

  2. Tap General, then About.

  3. Check Model Name to see which iPad you have, and iPadOS Version to confirm you’re on 26 or later.
