Due to a recent update in Navisworks, all NWD models must have the “May be re-saved” setting enabled before exporting. If this box is not checked, your NWD file will not process as expected.
Steps to Enable "May be re-saved"
In Navisworks, go to File > Publish.
In the Publish dialog box, fill out any required metadata (Title, Author, etc.).
Scroll down to the Options section.
Check the box labeled “May be re-saved” (see highlighted area in the image below).
Click OK to publish the NWD file.
After enabling this field and exporting the file, you can now upload the model to Resolve as you normally would.
