How to Access a Model as a Guest

If someone has shared a training ID or invite link with you, you can easily join the model as a guest using the steps below.

In VR (Quest Headset)

  1. Open the Resolve app on your headset.

  2. Click the Enter Training ID button on the welcome screen.

  3. Enter the training ID shared by your colleague.

  4. Enter your email address—this will be used as your avatar name in the session.

On Desktop

  1. Launch the Resolve desktop app.

  2. Click the Enter Training ID button on the start screen.

  3. Paste or type the training ID you received.

  4. Enter your name when prompted.

In the Lightning Viewer (Web Viewer)

  1. Copy the Resolve invite link that was sent to you.

  2. Open your web browser and paste the link in the address bar.
