Explore the newest addition to Resolve's Quest app: the direct emailing of images or videos captured with the Quest capture tools! This tutorial guides you through the process.

Step 2: Capture Your Content Use the Quest system tools to capture an image or record a video walkthrough. For example, launch the Resolve app from the Quest menu or a video about logging in. The recording functionality captures everything, no matter the app used.

Step 4: Open Media in the Content Menu Go to the content menu in Resolve, then select “Media” to access stored content.

Step 5: Browse Captured Content You’ll see all images and videos captured on the Quest. Each item is accessible within the Resolve menu and ready for review.

Step 6: Select and Preview Media Choose an image or video. A pop-up of the selected media will appear. Observe the option to send the media to the logged-in email at the bottom right corner of the menu.

Step 7: Send to Email Look for the “Send to Email” option in the lower right corner of the preview. Click it to send the selected media directly to your logged-in email address. You’ll see a confirmation message once it’s sent successfully.

Step 8: Open Your Email and Download the Media Within a few seconds, you’ll receive an email from Resolve containing your captured media. Open the email, then click “Download” to save the photo or video to your computer.

This feature makes it easy to share walkthroughs or reviews with colleagues directly from the Resolve app. No more connecting the headset via USB, setting up transfer modes, or navigating through folders—simply email the media to yourself and then forward, download, or share the attachment as needed, whether on social media or other platforms.
