This issue was introduced following recent platform-level changes and is not related to any configuration or action taken by end users.

What’s Happening
Recent changes at the operating system level have impacted how the iPad Viewer functions. As a result, the app may fail to load models or behave unexpectedly on affected iPadOS versions.
Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working alongside Apple to resolve the issue.
