You can record what you see inside your headset as a video. There are two methods: a quick controller shortcut and the Camera app.
Method 1: Controller Shortcut (Recommended)
This is the fastest way and doesn't require navigating any menus.
Press and hold the Meta button on your right controller.
Immediately press and hold the front trigger (the button your index finger rests on) while still holding the Meta button.
A red dot will appear in your view, indicating that recording has started.
To stop recording, repeat the same button combination (hold Meta button + hold trigger), or open the Camera app and select the stop button.
Tip: Don't hold the Meta button too long before pressing the trigger. If you hold it too long, it will recenter your view instead of starting a recording.
Method 2: Camera App
Press the Meta button to open the Navigator.
Select the Camera icon (in Quick Controls along the bottom bar).
In the Camera menu bar that appears at the bottom of your screen, select the Record button.
Choose whether to include microphone audio if prompted.
A red dot confirms recording has started.
To stop, open the Camera app again and tap the stop/recording button.
