Easily collaborate with others by sharing a link to view your model in the Lightning Viewer. Follow these steps to generate a shareable link and control who can access it:
1. Open the Model
Begin by opening the model you wish to share in the Lightning Viewer.
2. Access Sharing Options
Click the Participants tab in the right-hand panel, then select the Share button located in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Your Share Settings
Decide who can access the model:
Only team members can view: This limits access to signed-in users on your team.
Anyone with the link can view: This allows anyone with the link to open the model.
4. Copy the Link
Click the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.
5. Share the Link
Paste and send the link to collaborators you’d like to invite to the review.
Tip: If you're sharing with someone outside your team, make sure the setting is changed to “Anyone with the link can view.”
