How to Pair Your Headset
Open the Resolve app on your Quest device. This will take you to the log in screen.
When not logged in, the app will display a 5-digit pairing code on screen.
On your computer, open a web browser and go to your Resolve dashboard.
Click on the Pair Headset section in the top-left of the page, or navigate directly to app.resolvebim.com/pair.
Enter the 5-digit code shown in your headset into the browser field. This will link your headset to your Resolve account.
π‘ Tip: You can also log in directly with your username and password from within the VR app instead of using the pairing code.
When Would I Need to Re-Pair?
You may need to re-pair your headset in the following situations:
You have been logged out of the Resolve VR app.
You are setting up a new or replacement Quest headset.
Your headset has been factory reset.
