Pairing Your Headset with Resolve

How to Pair Your Headset

  1. Open the Resolve app on your Quest device. This will take you to the log in screen.

  2. When not logged in, the app will display a 5-digit pairing code on screen.

  3. On your computer, open a web browser and go to your Resolve dashboard.

  4. Click on the Pair Headset section in the top-left of the page, or navigate directly to app.resolvebim.com/pair.

  5. Enter the 5-digit code shown in your headset into the browser field. This will link your headset to your Resolve account.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can also log in directly with your username and password from within the VR app instead of using the pairing code.

When Would I Need to Re-Pair?

You may need to re-pair your headset in the following situations:

  1. You have been logged out of the Resolve VR app.

  2. You are setting up a new or replacement Quest headset.

  3. Your headset has been factory reset.
